Word of the Day

Thank you Jesus for all your blessings! Praise the Lord!
We give you all the glory! You are worthy to be praised!

Thank you for joining us today! If you are new to this blog, please take the time to post a comment on what you have read today and let us know what you think. We value your opinion. For those joining us who have followed us since the beginning, this blog is designed for Heavenly Healing Ministries to share the Word of the Day and teach on the Word of God.

Hi everyone! How are you? Wonderful I hope. "Separated unto the gospel." Romans 1:1 Our calling is not primarily to be holy men and women, but to proclaim the gospel of God. The one thing that is all important is that the gospel of God should be realized as the abiding reality. Reality is not human goodness, nor holiness, nor heaven, nor hell; but redemption; and the need to perceive this is the most vital need of the Christian worker today. As workers we have to get used to the revelation that redemption is the only reality. Personal holiness is an effect, not a cause, and if we place our faith in human goodness, in the effect of redemption, we shall go under when the test comes.
Paul did not say he separated himself, but "when it pleased God who separated me..." Paul didn't have a hypersensitive interest in his own character. As long as our eyes are upon our own personal whiteness we shall never get near the reality of redemption.Workers break down because their desire is for their own whiteness, and not for God. "Don't ask me to come into contact with the rugged reality of redemption on behalf of the filth of human life as it is; what I want is anything God can do for me to make me more desirable in my own eyes." To talk in that way is a sign that the reality of the gospel of God hasn't begun to touch me; there is no reckless abandon to God. God can't deliver me while my interest is merely in my own character. Paul is unconscious of himself, he is recklessly abandoned, separated by God for one purpose, to proclaim the gospel of God.

We like to close every Word of the Day by making sure you have the opportunity to ask Jesus in your heart.
So please pray,  Lord Jesus, I accept that you were born of a virgin, died on the cross and shed your blood for my sins to be forgiven and rose again to be Lord and King. I repent of my sins and ask that you come into my life and be Lord and Savior and live in my heart.
Amen
Friends, if you just prayed this prayer, you are born again, and I pray that you grow in your walk with Jesus and develop an intimate relationship with Him. Get in a good Holy Spirit filled church and come to a place of worship with Him. If you just said this prayer, please send us an email, we would love to know.

Thank you for joining us and please come back everyday for a new Word of the Day.

Sincerely,
Heavenly Healing Ministries
